DC Bar July 2019 Admission

I passed DC July 2019 Bar Exam. The admission comity already published a “sign up" time for the swearing ceremony on January 24th. However, I have not received the character approval just yet.
Is anybody received the character approval? Is anybody who did not received such approval? I started to worry a little bit.
