As I'm going through Themis (and trying my a** off to maintain the Directed Study in addition to working Full-time), I feel like reading the long outlines is basically just a waste of time, because I keep forgetting what I read. I do way better by going through the lecture handouts and doing MBE questions, instead of reading long boring outlines for property or crimes. Does any body else feel the same?
tbh I really feel guilty when if I complete a task w/o actually finishing it.

Do not skip the long outlines. The condensed outlines and lectures gloss over a ton of material that will be tested.

It's good to try and stick to the schedule, but it's more important that you actually complete tasks than that you check them off the list. Filling up the Themis progress bar doesn't actually impart knowledge.

I say no. I used Themis twice. The first time I wasted soooooo much time reading outlines, and ultimately gave up. I think it was one of the reasons I did not pass (albeit a small one). I took way too much time to read and then would feel terrible that I was so far behind, then would spend most of my time stressing out and crying about how much time I have wasted instead of actually studying (I have HORRIBLE test anxiety). But I mostly did not pass b/c 1) I had some personal issues that I was going through which made it very difficult to study and 2) b/c I did not spend enough time on the essays. The second time around I did read most of all of the outlines, but only by going back to certain paragraphs during my MBE review until most of the outline was read (but not ahead of the taking any of the quizzes). For example, if I got a question wrong on easements, I would go read that section of the outline. I passed the second time btw. I am begrudgingly taking this awful exam again (now the UBE), because I want to practice in another state. I am just working part time and already behind on my studies, I have no clue how people work full time and study for this exam.

How did you find the real questions on MBE compare to Themis sample questions? I've heard that Themis questions are a bit harder than real MBEs!
