NCBE Study Aid (BarNow) or Adaptibar

Does anyone know what is the difference between the NCBE Study Aid and the Adaptibar? Does the study aid provides explanation for answers?
I always stress using official questions. But, sort of interestingly, I think Adaptibar still puts out a better format (easier to navigate, answer explanations to all questions, etc.) for working through those questions than the test-makers themselves. If I were studying, i'd use Adaptibar.
