CA State Bar offering 100% refunds up until test day

Because of the inadvertent leak of test subjects, the CA State Bar is offering 100% refunds up until 7/30.

i can't comprehend putting this off any longer - i don't understand why someone would do this? people will complain if you hang them with a new rope.

Wow. This is a complete disaster for the State Bar of California and their leadership. They look totally and utterly incompetent.
