NY Bar Admissions: Skills Form Affidavit for Foreign Law Grads?

Hi, so I'm currently filling out forms for admission in New York - Third Department and I was wondering which pathway applies to those qualified as foreign law school graduates? The form specifies pathways for LLM grads but I am an LLB graduate and I cannot find any information on my Pathway (or I seem to be missing this information).
Does anyone know what foreign law grads are supposed to do regarding this? Thanks for the help
