Question: DC said you're good to waive? I ask because I thought you had to pass where you took it. I'm also not trying to be a "Debbie Downer" - this info would be useful for future takers in a similar situation. I ended up transferring my score too (job-related) and I'm also getting sworn in in few weeks, so I'm curious.

Yes, you can waive into DC if you are a member in good standing of any other bar and scored 133 or above on the MBE portion of the exam. It does not matter where you took the exam or that you transferred your score, only that the score was earned in an exam that the jurisdiction you're admitted in accepted.
