criminal law--double jeopardy
hi, is the attempt to murder (just injury) and the murder (then death after a short time) the same offense and prohibited under double jeopardy? Thanks.

Double jeopardy applies to lesser included offenses. Attempt is a lesser included offense. Besides, they can't be charged separately.
