UBE states without C&F app pre-exam

Hey y'all,
Does anyone know what UBE states don't require you to send in a C&F before you sit for the exam? I am trying to transfer my UBE score into my state (South Carolina, closed registration Jan 31st for some reason
) and just do one C&F application for them at that point. Thanks!

NY C&F is post-exam.

NY C&F is post-exam.
SC has a July deadline before...February?
NY is also your cheapest (non C&F) option at $25 ($350 if you want to type). Considering that you'd already be paying $1,000 for the UBE Transfer regardless, I figured it'd be helpful to know beforehand.

That is really helpful to know -- thanks to y'all both!! Looks like NY is the way to go.
