When are MEE sample/model answers posted?

Does anyone know what jurisdiction posts model/sample answers to the MEE the earliest (when) ?

One thing to note is that although the NCBE does release them, it's sometimes beneficial to get them from a state that administered the test because the NCBE releases answers written by the NCBE while the states will often release more realistic model answers written by candidates who took the exam.

The J16 MEE/MPT were released 10/17/2016
The J17 MEE/MPT were released 10/19/2017
