Sooo, I spent 12-14 hours a day studying outlines, watching lectures, doing an insane amount of quizzes, and for the life of me I have no idea how so many questions stumped me. I was scoring 72%+ in practice. Got a 130-ish on Barbri midterm and I still feel like FL multiple choice (oh and that beast the MBE) kicked my butt with obscure concepts. Would get down to two and get stuck.

And a Dependency essay??? OMG Florida

Hope others came away with same feeling.

I felt that my weakest was Fed Con law. Spent a few minutes trying to figure out COA's and I had to read the question several times.

Hopefully the other two make up for a not so great third essay haha.

I also felt that my weakest essay was federal con law. After the mbe I felt completely defeated. Dreading this wait.

What did you all put (generally) for your essays?

Fed Con Law i went: Standing, Organizational standing, Ripeness, Mootness. Then Parade Ordinance attacked as vague, overbr, improper license/ PR, and PDP Challenge. Then on the Park Ordinance established TAB's conduct as speech, and exercise of valid assembly/ association then brook out each section and challenged under Public Forum analysis (1st amendment). Challenge the "loud" and other similar words as vague as well.

most of those, plus prior restraint, access to court, due process.
