I have the SmartBar stuff, I think it was a mix of both the long outlines and then what they call attack sheets which range from about a page to something like 7 pages or so (I think) I haven't looked at them in over a year.

The Essay frequency sheet and the doc that has all the actual CA essay rules that have ever been tested is gold.
Pretty sure if I can memorize all the "high" rules (tested 4 times or more) I will be okay.
