MEE UBE - outline sub-topics to review again?

When going through and outlining essays, after I'm done and checking the answers, should I outline these different sub-topics so I can review them again or is this a waste of time at this point (only three weeks left)? Should I just be making notes in my book and then just flipping through.
Note: Im taking the Barbri course.
I have lean sheets and condensed outlines but I'm not sure if it would be better to make like a check sheet for sub-topics like a pre-existing duty essay had both a UCC and CL question, so just just for an example....
CL (Svc. K)
- modifications not allowed without new consideration.
- Define Consideration.
- Promise to perform existing legal duty --> Not new consideration
- Mod allowed sometimes if "fair and equitable"
UCC (SoGs)
- modifications allowed without new consideration as long as GF
- Only mods in bad faith unenforceable.
- Define GF
- Maybe discuss defense.
Is this a waste of time or too sparse of a refresher to even do anything?
Thanks!
