PSA: NCBE Character & Fitness fees are going up - starting next month

I was going to check on my own Character and Fitness app, only to find this:
"Fees for character and fitness services will increase on July 1, 2018. Any application finalized on or after July 1, 2018, will be assessed the new fee... "
