I would consult your specific situation with a c&f lawyer and a disability lawyer as it applies to where you want to practice law, but I believe that if you have a legitimate reason for having an emotional support animal( which you do not need to disclose either the underlying condition or anything further, especially on an online law-related forum)then I would think you don’t need to disclose it.
