DC Character & Fitness
Anyone have insight on DC’s character and fitness process?

I went through it as an already licensed attorney transfering an MBE score - what is the question?
DC does their C&F through the NCBE (whereas my experience in IL and MI were through the state bar). You complete the profile, answer the questions, provide documents as necessary. The report is prepared by NCBE, provided to the DC bar and from how I understand it, the DC bar will follow the reccomendation wheter to certify you as passing C&F or following-up if necessary. Whole process takes months.
