I went to the DMV yesterday to get a RealID and the dmv punched a hole into my drivers license.

Will I still be able to take the bar in February if my new DL doesn't come in time?

Tricky situation and you should probably call your state's board of bar examiners. Usually the hole punch means an ID is no longer valid; ergo you may not be able to use it as identification for the bar.

Did they give you a temporary ID while you are waiting? I know my state gives a paper copy of your ID while you wait for the real one to come in (which takes about a month). It really just depends on your state's rules.
