2017 July Texas Bar themis exam prep books & Critical Pass flashcards for sale

I have a set of 2017 Themis bar prep books. They are all used, one is ripped in half but complete. I have the entire set (TX lecture handouts, TX outlines 1&2, MBE lecture handouts, MBE outlines, MBE practice exams). I also have the complete set of Critical Pass Flash Cards for the MBE that is in excellent condition.
Am looking for $400 for everything. Will meet up here in San Antonio, or will ship. If someone wants to meet, I will throw in my 2016 Themis books as well.
