Probably a job at a law firm in whichever legal field you intend to practice. Have them bring you on as a law clerk while you are waiting for your results.

is it that easy to get a job as a law clerk? all the posted law clerk positions seek desired 2L or 3L positions.

to follow up, working as a law clerk would be possible given you are continuing your previous position as a law clerk. from my understanding, it becomes harder to find a law clerk position after graduation since you're about to be a newly minted attorney. employers expect a law clerk to work for at least a year to have someone stay on through the different stages of a case. also new attorneys will be looking immediately for positions with better pay so it's likely new attorneys will leave soon. correct me if i'm wrong since i want to be wrong here. i'm looking for a law clerk position and haven't found one and this has been my thinking.
edit: mods, can this thread be moved over to legal employment? believe it is more appropriate there
