WTF was Helen's issue?!!! Does anyone know how they grade these essays?? Like if you didn't all the way finish one is that an autofail? Someone told me if you don't finish you need 6s on everything else, is that true?!!

The trick of this question was that helen's issue was actually lori's issue. If you don't answer completely you probably made a bad score.

Well when I answered for Lori I said that everything that Helen is responsible for Lori is responsible for then I expounded on why. But Helen blew me, it took me a while to answer then I just barely completed the last question the contracts question. Do you know how they grade the essays though?

RULE: IF MISLEADING-> NO GOOD
ANALYSIS: SOUTH GEORGIA FIRM NOT MISLEADING: BECAUSE IT DOES NOT INFER ANY GOV ENTITY OR ETC
CONCLUSION: NOT MISLEADING BUT WHO KNOWS
AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS "ONLY" THE FIRM NAME IS NO GOOD. MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE LAWYER NAME INDICATED SOMEWHERE IN THE CARD OR LETTERHEAD OR ELSEWHERE.

there were like 30 other inferences based on these rules and their combinations. did you have time to write all those? i felt like i was running out of time. kind of got spaced out with the wills question.

doesn't matter though in georgia if you studied at least a week MBE=autopass so don't worry

Why do you need all 4s? If you get a decent mbe score you can do well below average on the essays and pass just fine

Don't know if I was right but for Helen's issue, included with the trade name, I also mentioned the contingency fee was improper within the communication letter and that the letter was improper communication with represented clients (because it was after she resigned).

Lori I just said the referral fee and not reporting knowing misconduct.

Literally one person out of like the thirty I talked to had even the slightest idea. If you didn't know I wouldn't stress it. Basically no one knew and I'm guessing the essay scaling will reflect that.

I think all 4s is average, but remember your essays are only like 28% of the total. If you do decently well on the MBE, you can be well below the average on the essays and still be just fine.

Was anyone else who took Barbri slightly disappointed that 2 of the 4 essays were on subjects they told us we wouldn't have to worry about?

Thank god I took latin in high school and had a property prof who was oddly obsessed with encroachments or else I sure as shit know i'd have failed

We are almost two weeks away from the big day. Anxiety seems to be getting the best of me. Just wondering how you all are dealing with it.

Any idea if ga has ever released results earlier than the date in the email they sent us

Not sure but I do know that some people get their results via mail if successful before the bar posts the results online. I know someone who received her certificate hours before the results were published online. This was in 2012 though.

I heard this letter means I failed. LOL!
