It is for any jurisdiction using examsoft.

Each district may be handling it different, some may not allow people with Win10 Creator's edition to use their computers, others are allowing people to use a "work-around" which involves using the program in compatibility mode.

I can tell you that on my Surface Book with Win Pro 10 Creator's update it has run perfectly fine with no issues what-so-ever I ran the mock exam, booted up and ran fine and I was able to upload the mock exam seamlessly.

In at least one email we got sent, the problem wasn't that the software wouldn't boot and run, the problem was they couldn't guarantee a total lock out.
