Texas uses the "no news is good news" approach. If there are no issues, you won't hear anything from them.
When I took the Texas bar exam, I received a letter saying my swearing in could be delayed "due to the following issues..." and in the list that followed, the MPRE box was checked (which was true) and the C&F box was not checked. If it weren't for that letter, I wouldn't have had any news from them about the results of my C&F.
Also, when the pass list goes online, there will be an asterisk next to your name if you passed the exam but have not yet satisfied all the other requirements to be sworn in. Mine had an asterisk (again for not yet having taken the MPRE).
