Hi, I'm retaking the bar exam and I wonder if I can prepare my admission documents and send it to NY Court of Appeals 3 Dept. before taking the bar exam. The only thing that will be missing is passing the bar for me. It is possible to do so?

Thank you! I did receive an email from New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department about applying before the results. I was wondering if I still do so even though I have not set for the bar. I just wanna get it out of my way, especially retaking it again too much.
