Dear smart people

If a party is a citizen of both states A and B (e.g. a corporation incorporated in A but with place of business in B), while the other party is a citizen of just state A, is there diversity jurisdiction? Got a bit confused whether they are of the same state or different. I'm using Themis but cannot seem to find the answer in the outlines...

No. There is no diversity
In order to meet diversite hurisdiction, each partyy must be from completely different states +exceeding 7500 controversy amount.
Corp is citizen of both a and b ( where incorporated and Ppb)

If the other party is from a or b, no diversity.

Check civil pro subject matter jurisdiction. I don't use Themis so I don't have the pg no. It should be there.
