Only with a special accommodation from the Board of Bar Examiners.

TRUE STORY: at the TX bar exam in Houston there was like 4K people in one room with only two restrooms (one for each gender) and they closed the men's room for like half an hour at 2 PM for cleaning

I don't know whats grosser, that bathroom after hours of punishment or a diaper-wearing testtaker sitting in his own filth as he struggles with a page-long contracts question.
