Whose MBE questions were best?
I know its important to remain positive, but just in case I have to retake this badboy.....again....which testing companies MBE practice questions do you feel were most representative of what we saw last Wednesday. Barbri? Themis? Kaplan?

Get Emmanuel's MBE book. It's the closest thing I've found to current MBE questions, plus the explanations are great.KirbyKager wrote:I know its important to remain positive, but just in case I have to retake this badboy.....again....which testing companies MBE practice questions do you feel were most representative of what we saw last Wednesday. The game has changed. I've noticed a huge evolution of mbe questions that the examiners use now. No one is safe.

Agree! I used Emmanuels S&T book (most recent), Adaptibar and barbri. Felt like nothing could have prepared me for the MBE. A bunch of crazy questions that any kind of prep or knowledge couldn't help make sense of it. Also a lot of questions started off with: if you were the attorney, what would you advise your client? Wtf?ledv wrote:The game has changed. I've noticed a huge evolution of mbe questions that the examiners use now. No one is safe.
