Simple question: Does Strategies and Tactics for the MBE (2017-2017 edition) have the same exact questions as Strategies and Tactics Finz (2017-2017 edition)?

I'm licensed in Jersey, but I'm considering taking NY in July (I have until April to decide). I want to purchase as many MBE questions as possible, but I don't want to waste money buying redundant material.

I use both of these books with my students and the questions in each are entirely different. The Finz book does not use licensed questions from the NCBE but it's an excellent book.
