Externships would qualify as Pro bono for the NY bar?

I got academic credits for this externship. Would this still qualify as Pro bono for the NY bar?

According to this FAQ,
https://www.nycourts.gov/attorneys/prob ... ission.pdf, many externships are eligible (12(b)), and "[y]our receipt of academic credit does not disqualify the work" (15).

Best option is call or email the New York Bar and ask. I checked in on something I wasn't sure about and they were good about responding.
