Yup. We all are. From a 9/26 email from the BBE (sent from BBEAdmin@bbe.state.ma.us):
July 2016 Bar Exam Results
Please be advised that examinees who sat for the July 2016 Massachusetts bar exam will receive notice of their pass or fail status by email only, to be sent on Friday, October 14, 2016 by close of business. Letters will not be sent via postal mail. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bar application on file with the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County includes a current and accurate email address. If necessary, this information, as well as all personal contact information, can be updated by completing the BBE Address Change Form. Please be sure to monitor your inbox, spam folder, and junk folder regularly for emailed notices from this office.
Good luck.

They've updated the website to say that scores will be sent by 2pm, tomorrow (Friday, October 14).

"Please be advised that examinees who sat for the July 2016 Massachusetts bar exam will receive notice of their pass or fail status by email only, to be sent on Friday, October 14, 2016 by 2:00 P.M. . . ."

So technically, I failed by 0.33 point (total score of 269.17, and needing a score of 269.50 to round up to 270, the passing score). Does anyone know the appeal process and who can help me do it?

There is no appeal process with essays unfortunately. However for 50 dollars you can have a hand grade performed on your MBE. If you remember erasing anything and filling in another bubble, it may be a Hail Mary that pays off.

May want to consider taking UBE in neighboring state cuz Mass is going UBE.

And Mass screws on regrade, it says on their website that they average regrades with initial grades unlike NY which appears to take the higher of the two based on Rule 6000.11.

Notices of swearing in are going out.

I assume that getting the notice of appearance swearing in means there is nothing else (meaning, other than the exam-passing) to consider?
