I understand that scores are made official within 2 weeks or less after the NYLE's administration. I assume that one can still apply for the swearing-in ceremony in NY scheduled for Jan. 19, 2017 since by then we'll know if we passed the NYLE or not? Any insight helps. Thanks!

It takes about 10 days to receive the results and it should be enough for Jan 19 but keep in mind that this is the first time NY is dealing with UBE and NYLE so its all a wait and see game at this point.
