Sorry, i know most people here are concerned with bar results....but i had a question about the app. I submitted it 1 week ago, how soon do they usually contact you if there is something wrong or they need more info, etc? (1st dept if it makes a difference)

Have you already passed the bar? I was under the impression you couldn't submit the app for 1st dept until you pass and are certified??

Congrats! That was quick turnaround. I am in the Second Department. Submitted docs end of July. Got emails saying they didn't receive certain docs (they did). Then asked for additional docs. Sent those in Sept. 10. Confirmed receipt on Sept. 19. Still waiting to hear on the interview, or if they need more stuff.
My application is a bit more complicated. I'm older, and have a longer employment history and have had longer to make mistakes (which I have, though they are fully disclosed and explained). And I am licensed in another jurisdiction. Still, I can't believe I haven't heard SOMETHING yet.
Again, congratulations to you. Let us know how the ceremony goes!
