I am a 2nd time taker. In Feb., about a week before I received results (that I failed the MBE, but passed the state portion), I read an article that the average score was 135. I was immediately freaked out. Today, I read the mean score for July is 140.3 (that's up from Feb and last July, which was 139.9) So that has to be positive, right?:
