Live in NYC, Assigned to Third Department

Any ideas why this would've happened? Did this happen to anyone else?
Is your permanent home out of state? I was assigned to the 3rd Dept as well. I went to law school in NY and lived there while attending law school, but my permanent place of residence is Florida.
