Switching Judicial Department for NY Bar

I took the July 16 NYS bar and am currently assigned to the Third Judicial Department. I will be moving to NYC next week and would like to find out about switching to the First Judicial Department.

1. Will switching to the first department also change my C&F interview/swear-in locations?
2. Is there anything else I need to do besides submitting a Change of Address request on the NY Bar Applicant Portal?
3. How long does the process take and will we be notified when the change is complete?
4. Is there anything I should watch out for when making the switch (i.e., processing delays, different deadlines/affidavit requirements between first and third departments)?

My change-of-address request (which switched me from the Third Department to the Second Department) was processed within a few days of faxing it. (I received an auto-email saying I was now in the Second Department.) Still haven't actually heard anything from the Second Department, though. I got an email with a list of "next steps" and other information from the Third Department a few days before I requested the switch, and I haven't received a comparable email from the Second Department yet (but I know others have), so I'm calling tomorrow to ask if they'll send me one.

Bump as to the rest of your questions.

Doesn't the form for a change require a certification by the department you're currently assigned to? For example, I was assigned to the third department, and #7 on the department change form says:
Attach a copy of the notice by the State Board of Law Examiners certifying you for admission in the Third Department.
Doesn't this mean we have to wait? If not, which form are you guys referring to?

Prior to finding out your results, you just fill out the "Change of Address" form linked in your BOLE profile. Then they'll send an email saying to mail or fax proof (drivers license, lease, utility bill). I believe what you're referring to is for changing departments after results.
