NY C&F
I know for the New York C&F you have to have law-related employers fill out affidavits. What if your supervisor is no longer at the firm/organization? Is the onus on you to track them down?

Re: NY C&F
To my understanding, it doesn't have to be your direct supervisor. It does not even have to be completed by an attorney unless you were practicing solo. I worked in a lot of government positions and the GC has rotated or changed so it has to be another person signing the paperwork.
