				Just out of curiosity. 
Mine are (in order from most prepared to least prepared):
-Agency Law/Partnerships
-Family Law
-Conflicts
-Corporations
-Trusts
-Wills
-Sec'd Transactions 
UBE MEE predictions are Corporations, Trusts , Family and Conflicts.

				I'm aiming for an A+ so I'm prepared for everything... 
I understand secured transactions but why are you not that well prepared for conflicts? it's like 5 rules, forget about the details just hit the major rules..

Yeah, on the Conflicts thing, I plan on just giving it a quick once-over in the morning to refresh and then to devote some time before noon to Family Law, Trusts, and Corporations. Yaaaaay!
