Hi all, rising 2L here. So basically what does bar exam background check and C&F investigate? Do I have to be able to prove everything..?

For example, I am a KJD so I only had summer internships and short-term summer jobs in college, and I doubt some of the phone numbers I had back then will still be active by now(and they are not located in U.S. as well). Do I have to list them as employment?

Also, I remember when I applied I wrote a diversity statement about my special childhood. I grew up in a different country and attended a sports academy(yeah one of those Asian olympic-machine schools) as my elementary school. Will the board ask me to prove that when I applied for the bar(i.e. NY state)? The damned academy was canceled and demolished a few years ago. Technically, I cannot prove the story to be true, since I have no official document anymore..

I don't remember ever having to list my elementary school.

I think you are supposed to list jobs for last 10 years. Just list the info you have for the jobs. That's all they ask.
