Do you guys have any predictions for the MEE Essays for July?

I noticed that Article 9 hasn't been tested in a bit so I'd definitely be prepared for it. There are some subjects such as Wills and Trusts that are tested almost every exam so it's a near guarantee you'll see them (though there have been some skips, just very rare).
The rest is anyone's guess.

How to Pass the Bar Exam (MEE Predictions, Tips, Outlines and Strategies) " She (I think it is a she) has been surprisingly accurate predicting previous subject. I am looking forward to her July predictions.
