Themis users - multiple choice online a pain?

How is everyone going about multiple choice?
I'm finding it's a huge pain in the ass to do all my multiple choice in the browser. I'm used to doing it pen and paper (underline cause of action, square parties, circle key adjectives).
I tried using a firefox addon that allows me to draw on the browser (web paint), but it's awkward with mouse instead of pen/paper. Have an ipad too, but the addon (web paint) doesn't work for ipads.
Any advice? Anyone having similar difficulties?
