Her barbri lecture on property was the sole reason I passed, which made me like her. I then sheepishly mailed her a thank you card and she never wrote back, which made me love her.

As I was watching her, HATE HATE HATE.

As I took the bar and remembered stuff because of her ridiculous songs and mnemonic devices, I have to admit, I felt the love.

Still voted hate though.

For me it was hate at first, and then unrestrained unmistakable love of the deepest of depths.

I think her lecture was as helpful as Freer who gets GOAT supplement status for whatever reason. I also like Epstein who doesn't get any love. The rest of them weren't worth the time. The Asian crim guy who kept using family guy references was memorably bad.

She loves us all!

Epstein son is the best. Close second is Freer. For all other subjects they made no difference to my bar prep. I probably could have saved those 2-3 days self-studying and would have made no difference. That corporations guy is just disgusting to watch with his booger picking noise and all that.

I only saw this Paula lady in a video. Her elbows were too pointy. 6/10 at best. i'd hit it but only if i were drunk.

She annoyed the shit out of me, but I did retain enough for the bar if I thought about her singsongy way of speaking.

I think she's wonderful, but I've also met a lot of Italians from Staten Island. Once you become immune to the voice, all that's left is a beautiful intelligent woman speaking to you like you're an idiot, which given she works at Seaton Hall, isn't her fault.

Utterly despise. Spends more time trying to be funny than actually teaching the material.

In general, I'm not really a fan of Barbri. If you're an A or B+ student then Barbri will give you that extra push you need to pass the bar. However, if you struggled to pass law school then Barbri's cookie-cutter approach won't work for you. You need individual attention. In the likely event that you can't afford a private tutor, I recommend Ameribar.

Paula has a mystic about her. I could also listen to her speak on a variety of topics all day long. In fact, I would sit and listen to her read the newspaper outloud (even though the content would not be as eloquent as she freely speaks).
I give her a 10/10.

I was in the middle until I heard her story about her dad inventing penne alla vodka, now I'm calling into question everything she's said about property law.

Thought she was kind of soothing and she got the info across well, so I'm going with love. It was : 1) freer, 2) epstein, 3) paula for me. Then there was a guy named kip or something that did crim law/procedure that was boring af, but had MONEY outlines.

As much as I try not to be superficial, her beauty has to enter the discussion. In the barbri course, you're spending 3 hour days with these videos that are sometimes your main source of human contact for the day. Barbri has many incredibly unattractive speakers so the time spent with Paula makes the whole thing less miserable.
