Texas July 2016 Bar Exam BarBri Hangout

The course technically starts today (with the intro lectures) and kicks off in earnest tomorrow with the MBE Immersion Day 1. I figure this thread can serve as a place for asking questions, both techincal and substantive, and keeping up with the course's progression in general. I'm an out-of-state taker doing the course solely online.

Am I the only one getting most of the questions wrong? All of them seem to be very tricky.

When you get good and ready to take the bar, you'll only get about 40% wrong.

Went 19/35 for the individual question sets....honestly just laughed at the futility of it while doing the property and contracts sets.
