Hi, I will be retaking the CA bar exam for the second time this July. I am looking for a tutor who is willing to work via email/phone/skype (I'm out of state) to grade my essays and PTs (does anyone grade PTs?) and give me instruction on how to improve my writing for the bar exam.

I plan to do practice essays/PTs on my own as well so I just want someone, ideally a former bar grader, to look over my writing at various points between now and July and give me feedback. Does anyone have any recommendations or names that I can check out? Thanks!

My tutor - Patrick Lin - BarExam 101 did our sessions via Skype.

He is a former bar grader, he can be a little rough, and he won't sugar coat a damn thing.....but I DID pass the second time around, and he is very flexible with doing sessions on Skype/email/phone so you should check him out. He also has tons of material that you get access to in terms of outlines and common pitfalls.

He is also significantly cheaper than the other former bar grader I spoke to.

Repeater looking for a good Bar Essay Tutor. What do people think about BarGraders.com for reviewing essays? Their website says that the graders are former bar exam essay graders.
