If you failed the March MPRE but passed the February Bar exam, how long do you have to wait to be certified once you've passed the MPRE? And approximately when will you be admitted? January 2017??

You would have to wait at least three weeks (how long it took to get results) after you passed the next MPRE. Probably July if all C & F checked out.
