UBE Bar transfer

I have not passed my bar as of yet but I do have a UBE score that is eligible for transfer into other jurisdictions. I am thinking about applying for admissions to those other bars since I haven't passed in my jurisdiction. Is that a mistake or should I just keep taking the bar in the jurisdiction that I live in to be barred.
