Florida Bar Application for Attorneys Admitted in Another State

Quick question for any admitted attorneys in other jurisdictions taking the Florida Bar Exam this July 2016. For purposes of the employment section 1) when they ask you to provide the partner(s) names and addresses, are they asking for home addresses or will business address suffice? 2) the employment/client references per locality- are they asking for references for each jurisdiction in which you currently practice or each firm listed in the employment section, provided they are located in different counties?
