New York is moving to the Uniform Bar Exam in July. The UBE does not test the same subjects, and it omits a number of the NY State specific subject matter areas.k1ssmyass wrote: I have my 2015 Barbri materials. It should all be current, nothing has changed for 2016 as far as I know. I have all the books they give you when you sign up to their course (theres a sh1t load of them), I have all the PDF outlines filled out too. Basically, I have the entire program except for the online videos that you don't need anyway since I have the PDF outlines filled out. Everything on those videos is in the outlines.

WOW. This TOTALLY slipped my mind as I was writing with this post. Well, that changes things. Thanks for pointing that out z0rk. But even though the UBE is taking over, I'm sure a good portion of the Barbri material will still be useful, no? They're still testing on the same laws I would imagine.
