what happens to the photo we submit with the bar application?

I assume it's for internal use. I've never seen the photo that I submitted anywhere (e.g. online, on the Texas Bar website, etc).

Internal use and it is also entered into a FBI database, but that isn't accessible by the public either.

You get a badge on test day that has the photo on it. The badge must be worn at all times in the testing center and has your section and seat number on there as well.
