ABA Resolution re: UBE
Head's up. The ABA has called on all states to adopt the UBE "expeditiously." I'm probably waiting until NY switches over in July.

Nobody cares what the ABA house of delegates recommends. And I say that as an enthusiastic supporter of the UBE.
