California State Bar "Model" Answers

Goofy question: Does anyone know if the State Bar contacts individuals about publishing an answer? Or, do they just publish it without any request or notification?
Edit: Got my answer. According to the State Bar: Answers "are reproduced...with the consent of the authors." I'll assume this means they contact individuals, as opposed to just some general waiver signed prior to taking the exam that allows them to use them and make alterations
