So I blew off mpt all summer. Someone please give me a quick and dirty guide to it?

dont worry about reading/understanding the fake statute. read the cases. read the footnotes. one will be for your argument and one wont help it. they're easy to decipher. do as you are told! make sure you follow directions. they will tell you " dont talk about xxxx because we have an associate working on that.
