North Carolina Bar Exam July 2015

I am studying for the NC Bar, but not using a commercial course. I have recently heard that commercial instructors are saying that taxation is not going to be on this year's exam ... has anyone heard the same?

I'm taking Barbri, we didn't cover Tax either.
Or Commercial Paper for that matter.

Received my admissions ticket in the mail today, whew. It's getting real, oh gosh.

I haven't covered commercial paper or tax. I assume they won't be tested on. I did write an essay on commercial paper in last summer's SC bar, so if by some chance it's asked, I can do my best to recall most of the information I learned, but I hope it doesn't come to that.
